NOVENA PRAYER GROUPStarted in 1984, the Novena Prayer Group is a group of individuals interested in intercessory prayer. A novena is an intercessory prayer for a specific subject, prayed for nine consecutive days.

QUILTERS' GUILD
When a parish member became ill a few years ago, the St. Luke's Quilting Guild was formed...
The quilters provide throws and quilts to members when ill or to children with special needs.
The group meets at 9:30 a.m. on the last Monday of the month and welcomes new members regardless of their sewing ability.
St. Luke’s Mexican Supper
First Tuesday in November
For the past 50 years, St. Luke’s has been serving the fine people of Erath County the famous St. Luke’s chili and stacked enchiladas - with fried egg, if chosen! For many years now, all of the funds raised from the Mexican Supper are returned to our community through various donations and gifts.
Sack and Share
The first and third Sundays of each month is Ingathering Sunday. The congregation is asked to bring food items on a running shopping list the church keeps for the needy. The Sack and Share group works every Ingathering Sunday to stock and sack these food items for needy families. Food donations are accepted by the food pantry at any time, and will be blessed during the service on Ingathering Sunday. Monetary donations are also accepted.
